He has over 25 years of hands‑on operating experience with architects, engineers and construction companies both as a top executive and as a consultant. His hands-on experience comes from “being there.” He is a Certified Management Consultant and has designed and implemented successful strategies and marketing programs for architects, engineers, and construction companies nationwide. Mr. Ross is author of the best selling book, ABeyond Strategic Planning, Developing and Implementing Winning Strategies for Engineers, Architects and Construction Companies. He is also founder of AEC Sales and Marketing Newsletter, a monthly newsletter for managers, executives , marketers and principals of, architecture, engineering, construction and planning firms. He is the author of numerous articles and papers on strategy development, strategic planning, operational planning, value marketing, value pricing, and marketing professional services for other national journals and publications.
